What are the terms of play?

PlayHut Party & Playcentre provides a safe and welcoming environment for all ages. The following is a guide of our main conditions of entry.

  • Parental Supervision Is Required: Active supervision of your children is required at all times.
  • Socks Must Be Worn: For safety and hygiene reasons, all playing children and supervising adults must wear socks on our equipment.
  • All children over 12 months of age and under 12 years of age must pay an entry fee to attend PlayHut
  • All patrons must follow the rules of play clearly displayed in the centre
  • No Outside Food to be brought into the centre: Our Cafe serves great and tasty hot food and sweet treats as well as barista made coffee.
  • PLayHut reserves the right to refuse entry

Are we allowed to bring in outside food?

PlayHut strictly does NOT allow any food to be brought in from outside. However, we do have an on-site cafe with a variety of different food options available.

What ages can play on the playground?

Ages 0 to 12 are able to play in our centre. In order to provide further safety for all ages, we have seperate age areas available.

Baby & Infant Area: 0 - 2 years.

Toddler Area: 0 - 4 years.

Main Playground: 1* - 12 years.

*Please note in our Main Playground there are some play elements that are recommended for ages 5 to 12, therefore, parental supervision is required.

Do Socks have to be worn on the play equipment?

Do to hygiene and safety reasons, all playing children and supervising adults must wear socks whilst on the equipment.

Is my party deposit refundable?

Party Deposits are non-refundable. However, deposits are transferable to a different date if you are unable to proceed with your original booking, provided that at least 7 days notice is given.

How far in advance do I need to book a party?

We require at least a week's notice if you wish to book a party. However, Party Bookings are subject to availability. To avoid disappointment, it is best to book as soon as possible.

How far in advance should I order from the catering menu?

We require 72 hours (3 Days) notice if you wish to add any additional platter options for your party.

Can we hire a table?

Yes! We offer Table Hires any day of the week at any time.

Please Note: A $20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Bookings can be made at any time by calling our centre (03) 5229 8543 during our opening hours or in store.

We require at least 3 days notice to reserve a table.

Table Hires are subject to availability. To avoid disappointment, it is best to book as soon as possible.
